Hi,

My room is free for rent in Karlaplan for females.
It's 15 minutes walk to KTH main campus, right center downtown and 1 minute to tunnelbana station
It's family house, well furnished. It can be share or rent alone,
If rent alone, only from March till the beginning of April, the rent will be 2800 SEK/month.
If want to share (the room is really large enough to share), you can live as long as you want, the rent will be 1500 SEK/month.

Why would someone want to pay more than half the rent to share a room for only half a month?? Anyone??
