renting a room in lappis (starting 5th of june)+1 free papyrus

Hi
     I am renting a room at lappis in amenusvagen 1 starting June the 5th till august the 6th. The building which is in front of the bus station, it takes less than 10 seconds to be there.
(you take the sleep in the room starting the fifth and I sleep back in the room starting the 6th)
You don’t have to pay me any extra money all you have to pay is the sssb room rent ..you can pay them directly the rent is 2804
I furnished the room: the room is
•   with a kitchenette (with oven)
•   with refurbished bathroom,
•   bed
•    very relaxing chair
•   Table
•   An extra heater.
 Since the room is on the base level the window is secured by wood sliders and white curtains.
