Searching for a student flat or a single room in Lappis

Hello and happy New Year, everyone!

My name is Edvinas. I am a calm 24 year old lithuanian young man, who studies masters programme at Stockholm University (full time). I am very interested in renting a student flat with pentry (studenetta) or a single room in Lappis for a longer period of time (study period of spring, autumn 2012 and spring term 2013). The period of rental can vary from several months to whole study period.
My reference is my sisters who lives in Sweden for a long period of time.
