Room in lappis from Dec 1st for 7 months or more

I'm going to another country for doing my master thesis and I have a corridor room in Lappis to rent out from 1st of December for at least 7 months or more.  There might be a possibility to stay in the room a bit longer but I cant tell for sure right now.

Electricity and internet are included
Rent Duration: Firstly 7 months from 1st Dec , and then could be prolonged  in case of agreement
