room rent out in lappis (first of january till end of february)

I rent out my studio in Lappis since first of January till end of February. It can be longer period (but I am not sure yet). The room has its kitchenette and private bathroom. Room is furnished by bed, matress, sofabed, two tables, one chair and kitchen equipments.
You just need to be non-smoker, with no pets.
