The room in Kungshamra 71 is available  in 28th Feb-31 March 2011. Not expendable!

The room is the studio room including bathroom but shared kitchen.It is situated in Kungshamra which is the student area http://www.sssb.se/index.php?page=areainfo_513_eng 3 mins walk for Metro Bergshamra and 15 mins to town.The friends in the corridor or in the same floor are exchange students.

The room is fully finished that means it is ready to move in( some funished room do not provide TV curtain ,bed sheet, bed, internet and kitchenette).
I let the room to one guy right now and he is tidy and nice.The rent is 3200 Kr plus key deposit 300 = 3500 kr (you will get 300 Kr in return when u return the key to me) .Once you decide to get the room,the room deposit is 1000 Krshould be paid  and you will pay the rest (2500 Kr) when you get the key. this price is included internet ,electricity and everything.
