Oh sorry i wont be able to arrange viewing..Can only send pics cos i have left the country already

So to get the place reserved, you will have to sign a contract with me.I will prepare and send you the contract by email, then you can print it out, sign it and scan it back to me and after that you will send to me the payment of of rent and deposit to to me here in UK and i can post the keys together with receipt of payment..Also i will send you a copy of my
passport as proof

Here are the details needed for signing the contract
Your full names and address
You passport ID number
Your move in and out date

Hej, the person wrote me mails two times with different adresses. My coordinator told me also, that I shouldn´t trust in him.
Yeah, he wants to get money to England and than he sends the key out.
Don´t trust him!!!
The price for the room is only 400 kronor. It couldn´t be!!!
BEWARE!

This one is probably also a fake.

gbemisolaolojuede@gmail.com

Relocated to England a few weeks ago and first said the appartment is in Kista and then gave me an address in Birger Jarls Gatan.
So be careful.

I've got another fake:

Patrick Kelly Balk (pkbalk.2010@gmail.com)

The offer was just to good to be true. 3331 SEK per month for an apartment in the city center of Stockholm is just way to cheap. :-) So watch out guys & girls. Btw. this guy also asked me to call him in the UK. How obvious Wink

gabriel

Hi Everybody,
I received e-mails from Michael Zhan (hiyasalle@gmail.com) offering me a room near the Central station. When I asked him the phone number to arrange a meeting he wrote me the next:

I can understand your fears so here is another plan, maybe i send youalso a copy of my passport too OR If you can send me your address, ican post the keys to you directly to youraddress and i will send you the scanned receipt showing keys has beenposted to your address but i will tell the post man not to deliver thekeys to you until the i have ordered them to..So what you will do forme to release the keys is that you will have to go and transfer moneyby western union using any of your friends name as the receiver with aUK address as destination so you will send me the receipt of transferas proof so that i can call the post man to deliver the keys toyou..So after you get the keys, you can go and check the flat and ifits okay then you can just go back to western union office and changethe receivers name back to mine...Okay?

Don't trust him!

I have received three emails in two days from a worthless piece of shit who thinks he has better IQ than the pigs and offers me rooms and flats..

Is it very difficult someone to call the police? I think the police in Sweden can track an IP...

Good Lord!

Hi,

As you know, finding a place to stay in Stockholm is frustrating, and these scams does not make it any easier.

I met one of the scammers:
molaudu@gmail.com - user Molauduu - answer came from antinkonst@gmail.com, currently present with email molaudu@googlemail.com

I was disappointed and wrote a comment after his add..but he simply removed the whole post and add a new add. I add my comment after that as well and again everything was removed..

That's why I thought to add here the emails and usernames that I have found to be fake.. I'll add more if I come across others.. Please, do that as well!

God jul !

Another scammer that I found in another Stockholm accommodation forum: Florence  Matsuol, aka Ff John <ffjohn14@yahoo.com>.

Question: how can I report these frauds to the Swedish Police? (Including full email headers which could contain IP addresses.) Does the police have a relevant website/email for these cases?
